"Important information for....not my name. stop calling my tracfone!

I receive several calls a day. No one answers on their end usually. I spoke to someone twice and requested that my phone number be removed from their list. I am still receiving calls sometimes as late as nine pm. I have tried to call them back and cannot connect with them. The call does not go thru.

Officer Chris Williams calling from the law office of Cyber Crime unit, blah, blah blah - he stated verbtim what the other two posts posted. I will be arrested tomorrow along w/my employer and my two references. Who can we complain to about these harrassing calls, i've rec'd 7 of them since last week.

They have called me 15 times in two hours and just keep hanging up. I have called them back, but the operators are always busy, and then I signed up to their no call list and still get calls from them.

We get these messages too. Figured out it's Redbox sending the messages.

Called me a bunch of times, hanging up immediately. Also sent me text messages saying they were 'a hot chick'. Never answer returned calls.

Citibank seems to dial many number at once and the first person to answer gets the human being on the other line. Others get the hang up! An obnoxious system!

Broken-English speaker clearly not from North Dakota. Wanted to know if we have a diabetic in the house. Since we're on the federal do-not-call list, this phone call is a felony. Sorry, "Erica" we don't answer personal questions or do business with felons. When I asked the name of company, she gave a completely different answer than in her greeting. When I said I couldn't understand her (background was very noisy, clearly a boiler-room operation) she hung up.

asked if I had a visa ending with specific numbers. I asked who he was and why he wanted to know. Mumbled something, then said he wasn't selling anything that I was a winner.....cut him off and said NO and don't ever call me again. Think this is one of those credit card scams.

Calling 3-4 times per day but just hang on, no talking. seems like automatic calling. It is terrible and pls help me to get rid of this.

Cold call from a telemarketer. Same experience as the others

I also receive this call all too often, threating that they are going to arrest me in a couple of days. When I ask for details they give me none. I'm tired of these dumb calls, the voice is always the same male voice, but always gives a different name. I told them to take my number of the call list and do whatever they need to do, and they flat out said "NO". Does anybody have any idea's on what we can do to bust these people so that they leave us alone?
